Maine Fungi Fest Vendors Fair

We encourage all vendors to carefully consider whether our event is a good fit. The best fit is for folks who are creating/providing their own unique goods/services that fit under our event theme of "All Things Fungi, Plant Based Healing, and Evolving Consciousness" and who value what our community has to offer.

Vendor Information

Each vendor will be assigned a 15x15 footprint to use as a base for their booth/tent/area.

Vendor fair will be open to event attendees and general public

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and tent.

All Vendors must provide their own weather protection, i.e. tent(s)/tarps/etc.

Tents must be properly secured for the weekend. (It can be windy in October

Electricity is not available and generators will not be allowed.

Vending location will be the green space in front of the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center

Free parking conveniently located nearby

Set-up times -

11am - 5pm (Friday, October 8th)

8am - 10am (Saturday, October 9th)

Vendor Village Hours -

Saturday 10am-5pm

Sunday 10am - 5pm

This event is rain/shine and refunds are only available up until August 31st, 2027. If inclement weather prevents you from being able to vend on either Saturday or Sunday, each vendor will be given (2) Full Event pass for the day so that you (+1) can attend all of our event activities including workshops/panels/keynotes/music, etc.

Please remember that all offerings/goods/services must comply with local, state, and federal law.
